CONTENT TEMPLATES:
When editing content templates, the FCKeditor must not edit the fields containing the templates if you want to use the copy function.
To do this, in Admin > FCKeditor > Exclude fields, enter: edit-teaser edit-body edit-rss
 
LOG:
To remove FCKeditor from editing the "log message" field,
in Admin > FCKeditor > Exclude fields, enter: edit-log
